DELIVERY TIMES
We do not have products in stock, each customer order has personal and exclusive attention as we customize it especially for you. For this reason, our delivery time or departure from our warehouses is as follows:
- Sheets and vinyls WITHOUT PERSONALIZING the term is 24-48 working hours
- Textile products the term is 15 working days
- Other products between 4 and 10 working days
TRANSPORT USED
We generally use the transport company MRW- Peninsula delivery in 24-48 hours upon collection of material from our warehouses
- Balearic Islands delivery in 3 days upon collection of material from our warehouses
- Canary Islands in 3 days upon collection of material from our warehouses (according to conditions)
Confirmation of the delivery time will be printed on the order confirmation document that you will receive within 24 hours of placing your order.

PACKAGING
We take great care with the packaging of our products, they are all protected with the necessary protection to guarantee their optimal reception at their destination. In the case of detecting any incident at the time of delivery by the carrier, please follow the instructions that you will find in our conditions of sale - claims.
